As you've probably guessed, my name is Zoe - and if this is the first time you've noticed that - then you need my help more than you know!

I've been looking after small businesses since 2010 and I LOVE IT!

There's something really special about making a difference in someone's business and not just being another number on a big corps employee list.

​

Back in 2010, I was employed as an office manager for a retail biz selling pop-up gazebos from their garden unit.  During my time there I facilitated a move into business premises, implemented a brand new CRM and stock system, as well as the day-to-day running of the office.  It was my first taste of the work I knew I was destined for.

More recently, I was made redundant in 2020 and as with all great things, I knew it was now or never to follow my dreams of setting up my own business.  I was supported by a fabulous mentor who helped me massively in the early days to really dig deep and get an understanding of my proposition and the type of clients I knew I was perfect for.

I was majorly guilty of spray and pray marketing (that's where you don't speak to your ideal client in your marketing, you just put out for anyone to hear!).  If that's you too - let's have a chat.
